Who should learn drums?

If your heart beats for beats, drums are for you. If you tap your legs when you hear a rhythm, drums are for you. and one strong reason is, It is fun.

 

Will my neighbours hate me?

Yes, in the beginning, your beats sounds like noise but soon it will start sounding like music. Then, their heats will beat for you. You also have an option to go for electric drums instead of acoustic drums, then you can use earphone. If you are using acoustic drums, please have a pad that buffers the sound and some means  to block the noise.
